“Loneliness does not come from having no people, but from being unable to communicate the things that seem important to oneself, or from holding certain views which others find inadmissible.”

If you are struggling with an unbalanced element of metal, you may lack to fully love yourself and acknowledge your inner value and beauty. As a result, you are not living in your truth and doing things that others value, to be loved, accepted, and to feel to belong.

This longing for value and love is driven by the separation of Spirit and your inner Truth. Eventually, this will lead to a life that is guided by external forces and expectations, hiding your true Self as it seems to be unlovable and not honoured by others. You may feel that you build relationships with people that do not fully understand you, leaving you with a feeling of loneliness, and a sense that something is missing in your life.

Shame about being yourself, feelings of guilt, unworthiness, doubts, and holding on to people or ‘things’ are characteristics of an unbalanced metal on an emotional level – stopping you from expressing your beautiful Self and unique beauty, and to flow with the changes of life with ease.
