Franziska teaches classes based on Ashtanga Yoga.

Yoga is a powerful and transformational method that uses synchronization of breath and movement in a progressive series of yoga postures, supporting body, mind and spirit.

After just a few weeks you will feel an increase in your well-being, concentration, strength, stamina and flexibility. Ashtanga yoga also helps you to better manage stress, anxiety, depression and physical illness.
