Es steht in Verbindung mit der F\u00e4higkeit, nach innen zu sehen, mit dem Wohlwollen der Person, mit Dankbarkeit und mit der F\u00e4higkeit, etwas zu schaffen und im Leben zu flie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es h\u00e4ngt auch damit zusammen, wie wir uns selbst sehen und ob wir uns auf unsere Handlungen und angepassten Identit\u00e4ten konzentrieren oder ob wir zu uns selbst erwachen und unsere Essenz und unser wahres Selbst in uns erkennen und umarmen k\u00f6nnen. Wenn wir uns auf die Handlung konzentrieren, geht es um Urteilsverm\u00f6gen und \"richtig und falsch\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nur wenn wir nicht mehr urteilen, k\u00f6nnen wir einfach nur sein und auch anderen erlauben, einfach nur zu sein und das Gef\u00fchl loszulassen, nicht \"perfekt genug\" zu sein.
