Wir befinden uns in einem tiefen Zyklus der Kl\u00e4rung, des Neuanfangs und des Erwachens. Eine der alten Zivilisationen, die den Zyklus der Transformation erkl\u00e4ren, sind die Chinesen mit ihrer Theorie der 5 Elemente, eingebettet in die Philosophie, dass das, was f\u00fcr den Makrokosmos gilt, auch f\u00fcr den Mikrokosmos gilt.

Der Kreislauf, der in der Natur als Kreislauf des Wachstums gilt, wird als \"Shen-Zyklus\" bezeichnet. Wasser steht f\u00fcr den Samen des Lebens, denn das Wasser ist die Grundlage der irdischen Sch\u00f6pfung. Dann sprie\u00dfen die Samen und werden zu einer Pflanze (Holz). Diese Pflanze w\u00e4chst und bl\u00fcht, um ihre volle Entfaltung zu erreichen (Feuer). Aus der Bl\u00fcte kann eine Frucht entstehen, die gegessen werden kann (Erde). Schlie\u00dflich stirbt die Pflanze und kehrt in den Boden zur\u00fcck (Metall). Dann beginnt ein neuer Zyklus von Wachstum und Tod. Denn es gibt viele Zyklen innerhalb eines Zyklus. Jedes Element wird den Organen, Emotionen, Tugenden und Krankheitssymptomen zugeschrieben.

Wenn alle Elemente in ihrem h\u00f6chsten Ausdruck verk\u00f6rpert sind, sich gegenseitig n\u00e4hren und miteinander koexistieren, k\u00f6nnen wir unser volles Potenzial aussch\u00f6pfen - wir k\u00f6nnen flie\u00dfen, miterschaffen und ein Leben aus der Essenz unseres Herzens leben - und all das, was wir sind, voll verk\u00f6rpern: unsere G\u00f6ttlichkeit und unser Menschsein.
